	RECIPES:   I have updated our recipes page.  I tried a variation on the quiche recipe and it is amazing!!!  I also John's favorite dessert...Pineapple-Ginger Upside-Down cake.  I make it in our cast iron skillet.  Easy, scrumptious and a sure hit.  You should try it.
